Your future project
As an Italian Club Med Travel Advisor Lisbon, Portugal, you will:
- Assist clients via inbound calls in the sales process by answering inquiries regarding the reservations packages and attending potential requests.
- Develop an empathic, professional and patient stance. Evoque your passion for travel to inspire customers to find their dream vacation packages.
- Grow hand in hand with the expansion of this new project by using your learned expertise and training the next generation of travel agents.
We are looking for
- Native or Proficient Italian and fluent English (minimum level B2)
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a sales representative is a plus
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
